Payment & Refund Policy

1. General Overview

This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Mcclain Custodial Service ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") through the website mcclnsvc.com . By engaging our cleaning services, clients ("you" or "your") agree to the terms outlined in this Policy, in accordance with U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in a written service contract. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, and verified electronic payment platforms. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information. If payment is not successfully processed, we reserve the right to delay or cancel services until payment is received.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been performed. Refunds may be considered at the Company’s discretion in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Service cancellation by the Company before commencement.
  • Failure to perform services as described in the agreement.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges made by the Company.

4. Cancellations

Customers may cancel scheduled cleaning services with at least 48 hours notice . Cancellations made within this period may qualify for a partial refund after deducting administrative fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Specialized cleaning packages, customized schedules, and any third-party service add-ons are non-refundable once the service has begun due to the resources and preparation involved.

6. Dispute Resolution

Clients should contact the Company directly for any questions or disputes regarding payments or refunds. If disputes remain unresolved, they may be handled under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of future services.
